Rates

A general guide to my rates: £45 per hour for coaching.

The Safe and Sound Protocol fee is £125 for three months access to the programme. Listening sessions and coaching are over and above that.

I recommend a series of 12 usually weekly coaching sessions, thereafter we review and adjust.

We would discuss more specific rates and timelines at the free consultation. I do take into account personal circumstances, currency and location.
