For doctors, therapists and other health professionals

I offer nervous-system-informed support for adults experiencing burnout, chronic stress, post-viral fatigue, ME/CFS, POTS, persistent autonomic symptoms, dysautonomia, or difficulty recovering after illness or prolonged pressure.

My work can sit alongside medical, therapeutic and allied-health care, offering patients another layer of understanding and practical support.

How I work

My work focuses on helping patients understand how their autonomic nervous system may respond to stress, illness, and overload. Using psychoeducation, practical support and, where appropriate, the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) or Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP), I help patients make sense of their symptoms and build more supportive responses in everyday life.

The Safe and Sound Protocol and Rest and Restore Protocol are specialist listening programmes using specially designed music as part of a supported process. They are offered where appropriate, not as a one-size-fits-all solution.

Working with other practitioners

I welcome contact from doctors, therapists and allied-health professionals who would like to discuss whether this support may be appropriate for a patient.

With the client’s permission, I am happy to stay in touch during the work, share relevant progress, and coordinate with the support already in place. My aim is for this work to sit alongside the person’s wider care, not apart from it.

Where additional support would be helpful, I can help clients consider appropriate options, including referral to other practitioners where relevant. I am also an Associate Healer with Hanya House.

Not sure whether to refer?

Please get in touch to arrange a brief conversation about whether this could be a useful addition to your patient’s existing support.
