After years of working in sports journalism, I realised the business was smaller, and I wanted a change. My life had changed, and I had a chance to create something different.

I found my way to coaching - a sports team has a coach, so why not a coach for my life? Now I want to help you find your way to what you’ve always wanted or known but pushed aside. Together, we’ll create a safe space for you to look at the old patterns you’ve used for protection and imagine possibilities for the new life you want to start living now. 

I believe everyone needs a partner to help them navigate daily life, rewire their mindset and approach life differently.
