I have worked in sports for years. I have seen the ups and downs of a professional sports career. I have seen ‘in the zone’ and I have seen ‘the choke’.

What it takes to succeed has always intrigued me and counterintuitively I learned the most from the world of chronic fatigue. When fatigue takes over and the body says no - what happened and how do you recover? How do we get the body to move again, full of energy? Neuroscience provides the answer while coaching techniques help us rewire and believe in a new future.

My coaching style is straightforward and compassionate. I’ll work with you to build the confidence and resilience to trust yourself and take action.

We will have a weekly one-hour coaching calls where we will fine tune what you would like to achieve and what might be holding you back. We will explore your thoughts, your fears and your dreams and we will work out a plan that is right for you.
